TPU Automatic Feeding

It’s quite strange; my U1 3# feed port can automatically feed 85A and 90A TPU directly, but when feeding from port 4#, the material gets卷进去 (rolled in) and cannot be fed. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue?

You can submit a ticket at the same time in case the technical staff or fellow users in the forum don’t respond promptly.

Only half a reply: AFAIK, you can adjust the tension in the toolhead. People did say that they have adjusted that to print TPU. I can only aassume that 1-3 were ok and #4 too tight. But I don’t know right now, where this can be done. Someonelse jump in, please … minutes later.. found some reference to tension screw here. https://www.facebook.com/groups/snapmakeru1/permalink/1164501649087213/

Harder TPU can go through the auxiliary feeder directly. If only Toolhead 4 isn’t working, try adjusting the hex socket screw on the side of the toolhead to loosen the tension spring (clockwise to loosen, counter-clockwise to tighten).

And it would be nice if people would reply here once in a while.

Check the Snapmaker Wiki for the U1 has a ton of useful information. Everyone with a U1 should have it bookmarked.
