Hi everyone, just tested the High Flow TPU 95A from Bambu Lab on the Snapmaker U1 and the results are way better than expected.
Time: 4h 50m (printed 2 units).
Profile: Standard TPU 95A HF profile + Standard 0.20mm layer height (with minor manual tweaks).
There is very little stringing. Only spotted one small imperfection on a cheek, but otherwise, the layers look solid.
Actually, the setup in this pic is the only way I’ve managed to print TPU from dry boxes successfully.
If I try to feed it through the auto feeders or place the dry box too far away, I get constant extrusion errors and the print pauses. The friction is just too high for TPU.
