First U1 TPU 95HF Multicolor Print

Hi everyone, just tested the High Flow TPU 95A from Bambu Lab on the Snapmaker U1 and the results are way better than expected.

Time: 4h 50m (printed 2 units).

Profile: Standard TPU 95A HF profile + Standard 0.20mm layer height (with minor manual tweaks).

There is very little stringing. Only spotted one small imperfection on a cheek, but otherwise, the layers look solid.

Actually, the setup in this pic is the only way I’ve managed to print TPU from dry boxes successfully.

If I try to feed it through the auto feeders or place the dry box too far away, I get constant extrusion errors and the print pauses. The friction is just too high for TPU.

Hi,Could you help us test whether this design is useful for the drying oven?

Of course yes, but I can’t until monday

I just realized the official drying box faces upward—I’m afraid that might not work.:joy:

It actually has a front filament outlet as well, so don’t lose faith!

OK!I get!!

Hi, I printed it in U1 (30g of filament saved😉) and fits perfect on the printer.

This weekend I will try the TPU path and send the report.
