A350 stuck on calibration after factory reset

I received my A350 a week or so ago, and I have had it working and printed a half dozen small items. I tried to recalibrate it today, and it kept failing on the first point, pushing the print head way down until the motor skipped, and then aborted and jumped to the final z-axis step. Thank you all for your ideas! I mounted the CNC head to overcome the printer menu and then could update from 1.5.x firmware. But the issue with the bad response of the Y-motors stayed as before. Using the CNC positioning controls I tested the motor drives and found an issue in the Y-line: controls worked inverse ??? Manual Calibration

Sorry for the inconvenience. Here is a way to skip the users guide and turn off the auto calibration. Use the laser engraving module or CNC carving module and complete the uers guide. I think the default firmware is V1.7, and you can do as follows to turn off the users guide of 3D printing module. I will PM you the method. As for the probe sensor, you can check if it lights up when the module is close to the print sheet.
