UI doesn't list wifi network

Just set up my U1 and done the test print, all good.

But I can’t get it to see my WIFI, a bunch of networks are listed from neighbouring houses, but my network is not even listed. It’s on the latest firmware install by USB and rebooted via the switch. The printer is placed exactly where my Elegoo Centuari was, and that connected to the network no problem, so shouldn’t be a signal issue. There are no special chars in the network ID, and I’ve even tried turning off 5GHz and running it on just 2.4 Ghz. But can’t get it to list, tried multiple attempts at network scans, nothing works.

Any ideas?

Couple of things I’d try:

Hard reset the router (60 sec)

Try a phone hotspot and see if the U1 sees that.

Turn off “Band Steering” if your router has it. Enable a seperate 2.4ghz signal if you can.

You can also try restarting the machine and testing again. Make sure it’s on the latest firmware. If there are issues, submit a ticket and contact support promptly.

You can submit a ticket at the same time in case the technical staff or fellow users in the forum don’t respond promptly.
