Touchpad frozen on screen

Hello I have an a350.

After the firmware update my 10w laser stopped working. So I rolled back the firmware. Now it says I have the 3d print head connected even though I plugged in the cncto test it. Also my touch screen loads up but goes onto a blank screen as shown in photo. The laser did switch on but only in lowvpower

Already several posts here in the forum about it - please use the search function. It is a known issue with the 1.15 firmware - Snapmaker botched this version. Unfortunately you need to be patient, as this week the Snapmaker crew is off for chinese new year.

The software team will be back to the office on Jan. 31. We will try to fix the bugs as soon as possible. Currently, you can keep using the firmware V1.14.3.
