Is there a reason the tool head on my a350 is not moving along the arm? Has anyone else encountered this? How can I correct it?

Hi M8lot, I have read that the cables to the x axis module, toolhead and heated bed can break over time, especially if they are not supported. Most wires eventually break when they are subject to constant movement. If this is the case, you can diagnose this by using the LCD controller to move the axis manually. If you carefully and gently move the module’s cable at the same time, you may be able to make the connection and prove the fault. If your machine is under warranty get a support ticket. Otherwise you may have to get a new axis module from the Snap Store. Hope this helps? If you have a go at a repair, read up first, there are some pitfalls to opening up the modules.
