Snapmaker 2.0 A250 - X Axis won't go left?

I’ve fully assembled, and tried the calibration…which ended with the print head over to the right of the bed…

Tried using the X-Y-Z manual, and it didn’t move left…
Connected via cable, used luben and tried moving left on the X-Axis…nothing

Switched the X and Y cables, and it then went left…so I contacted support, and got a new controller…same issue…

Won’t move left…using either touchscreen X-Y-Z or via Luben…?

Done the normal…unplugged everything, re-plugged everything…

Any ideas before I go back to support again???

Machine unpowered: If you push the toolhead to the left side, do you hear the click of the endstop in home-position?

What happens when you home your machine?
I guess maybe you are hanging in the Print-Calibration tutorial?- mount a other toolhead to get through to install the latest firmware and try again.

Thanks…spoke to support…looks like the linear module is screwed…so new one on the way.

Home doesn’t go left, so never home’s…you can push left…firmware updated…and still stuffed…

Support were great…very knowledgeable.
