I have a tracking # for my parts but have no idea when I’ll get them.
Unfortunately, that’s normal. The tracking number usually won’t show any updates until the package clears US customs. I’ve had stuff arrive at my door the same day the tracker finally shows some status. My understanding is they issue a tracking number the day they ship it. So I think if you have a number, it should be on its way.
They are based in Shenzhen, China though. So if I’m wrong about that tracking number shipping part, then it’s stuck on a loading dock somewhere. And it’s possible that it’s stuck on the shipper’s loading dock instead of SnapMaker’s loading dock.
Eamon implied( I think is a language barrier somewhat ) that it hadn’t shipped and would ship when the warehouse was off lockdown . he just apologized and said he didn’t know how long that would be.
