Support will sell you cables, I bought 5 from them. Email them what you want a price on and they’ll give you a quote.
However if it’s a DOA defect they should be replacing the cables under warranty.
Zero reply to both warranty inquiries, unfortunately. Replied immediately when I stated I wanted to buy cables, funnily enough.

Cables are proprietary.
Different people deal with support than part sales.
Yes, the sales team is usually pretty quick to reply though hehe
I am pretty sure that most of them are out now for chinese new year, because I ended up talking to Potter instead of edwin for the first time but havent heard from him for a few days even when I asked about buying something.
I got an email from SM 18 hours ago:
