Quick swap install status keeps not detecting my quick swap kit

Quick Swap kit is saying it is not installed

Having got my QSK, promptly installed it. Mounted the DX…all good. Was on 1.16.7 firmware already, so no update required, hence just went to tell the machine that the QSK was installed on the touchpad. Clicked Installed and Save and don’t prompt me again…it rehomes. I go back into the QSK menu…and it save it is not installed !. So, power down, retry…same thing - it will not save the self attested fact it has the QSK. Upgraded to v1.17.17…same thing. What am I missing ? Trying a calibrati…
