This may be resolved!. I reinstalled the firmware update and it is now running the calibration cycle.
I have had ZERO success attempting to calibrate my dual extrusion print head after installing the Quick Swap Kit. The error message keeps telling me the tool head is installed in the wrong holes. It is not! According to what I’ve read, the Quick Swap adds 15mm to the height of the bed. I have read other pots concerning the controller not showing the Quick Swap installed in the settings menu. I have that same issue. No matter how many times I change it to “installed” it switches back to “not installed”. The main screen of the controller it shows installed but I still cannot calibrate. I have tried the Dual Extruder calibration through the settings menu as well as going direct to the “Calibration” screen. I cannot get past the bed leveling calibration without getting the error mentioned above. I am running Luban 4.9 and firmware 2_V1.17.17 is installed.
As of now I have a completely useless machine.
