I have an A250 running v1.18.1 firmware and am trying to upgrade to v1.20.3, but after clicking Update Now, it just goes to a blue outline of “Download Update 74.4 MB” and nothing happens.
I used to DL the updates and apply them automatically when I pushed “Update Now”. Did something change?
hey there, im having the same problem.
when my printer has finished its job ill check my current version.
im also having problems with the wify losing connection.
i have the a350t
It’s easier to download the firmware file and place it on the USB drive.
Simply download the .bin file, place it on the USB drive, put the USB into the snapmaker and “print” the update file. Make sure to turn it off and run it again for each toolhead to ensure all the modules are updated as well.
Is this still necessary? Wasn’t that a one-time requirement more than a year ago? I only did this past then, and never since, but all my toolheads are working fine…
Hi I have updated the A350 with the latest firmware 1.20.3 and i am experiencing that when the fillament feed is interupted and resumed, the resuming happens with an offset of about 2 cm at the y axis. towards the back. How can this be fixed ?
Thanks
This seems a firmware glitch, was your update successful? I mean nobody has reported this by now and i don’t see a similar problem at my printer so, are you able to reproduce the issue?
Sometimes snapmaker firmware does funny (or unfunny) things if a feature is activated the first time but it works from then on…
Hi and thanks for the replys. Downgraded the fimware but the problem persists. I redownloaded and reupgraded the firmware but it persists. Yes i can reproduce the issue. As soon as the fillament is finished in the middle of a print the issue arrises.
