My Snapmaker A350 has completely seized to function

I can heat the bed and nozzle, and the phone works great, but even though I have factory reset it and updated to the latest firmware, none of the axis will move. I cannot print or level the bed for this reason, any attempt gives the error “Something went wrong during the calibration. Please retry or quit.” Any help would be appreciated, I can clarify facts as needed.

First thing to do is always to unplug and replug the cables leading to the linear modules (at both ends), just in case something got jarred loose.

Second thing to do is verify that the linear modules will move if you apply pressure with your hands while the unit is turned off.

Thirdly—what were you doing with the machine just before the problems started? That’s often the key.

same thing happened to me after i did the firmware update. watching this thread for any solutions.

Typically when this happens after a firmware update, it is because you went from a firmware version from before the machine checked that all the modules were there to a version after from after they added the check.
As @ElloryJaye said, unplug and replug both ends of every cable and try again. If that doesn’t work, export your logs and upload them here.

Try downgrading to version 1.13.2, along with all the modules (you’ll have to flash the firmware, turn it off, swap the module, flash again, repeat for all the modules you have). You do not have to fully mount them, just plug them cable into them.

Afterwards, upgrade to the latest 1.14.3, again doing so to all the modules to upgrade their firmware as well. I think this is when there was a module update to accept the higher firmware, and was a major headache for people buying the new linear rails. So it’s worth a shot.
