Well, what i found was the version of merlin that snapmaker uses doesnt have the advance features for m600. I created a benchy gcode that changed the filament for both extruders but right extruder was the only one that was triggered. Good luck please keep me informed on your progress.

is it possible that M600 is not implemented on Snapmaker Artisan?
M600 dont work for me on artisan
