Laser Module broken?

Hi,
after a while I started again my Snapmaker A350 and did all the updates (4.0.3 Luban, 1.13.2 Firmware), but it looks like my camera capture is broken. I went through all the calibration steps (laser height, camera calibration, whole laser guide video), but I just can’t get camera capture work correct. Now it looks like this.

What really is on the plate:

Camera Capture From Luban:

Paper after setup + camera calibration:

PS: Sorry for posting the links, upload to forum normally failed for some reason and this problem would be impossible to solve without images I guess.

Update:
I tried to do example gift box project and not a single object or even line went through. Is it possible that my laser module is broken? Camera looks broken and laser can’t go through. :frowning:

Number of runs?
Cutting speed?
Wood wet?

Default from the Snapmaker video, I’ll post once I’ll be at PC. Also I used the wood that comes from Snapmaker.

Here are my settings (taken from the video):

I used 1,5mm plywood from Snapmaker - Basswood Sheet for Snapmaker 2.0 (5-Pack) – Snapmaker EU

Plywood was dry (stored in the flat where even filaments can be stored out of the box without degradation).

2x0.6=1.2<1.5mm
Take 3 passes and decrease the speed.
I use 8 passes at 70mm / min for 4 mm poplar wood.

Thanks I’ll try. But then I am confused - why in the video Snapmaker 2.0: How to Use the Laser via Work Origin - YouTube - they put material thickness 1,5mm and go only for 2 passes with 0.6?

And why is camera capture giving me this results?

So I tried as you advised, but it still failed and there’s not even a sign it should go through. I guess I have to contact the support.

100mm/min, 3 passes and I can barely feel the depth even thought math says it should be through. :frowning: Plus camera still looks broken.

There are a lot of threads about camera capture in the forum.
One figures out that you have to turn off the enclosure light to make sure there is no back light or light around.

I guess your focus is not perfect, try manual setting the focus to the tiniest dot possible.

I tried even following FAQ guides, but so far nothing helped. I have no official enclosure (I build my own without lights), I also followed laser manual setting FAQ guide, but it still failed, so I am asking support, will post final result here.
