Right before I upgraded I was able to jog and home machine. After update I cannot Jog/Home/Calibrate. Laser is connected to the head.
Help is needed as I have a project due tonight.
This is on the Snapmaker 2 350 with the 1600 mW Laser.
I can control the enclosure, laser etc… just not any of the AXIS at all…

Try rolling back to the previous firmware you were using to see if it fixes the problem, at least temporarily.
How do I do that Roll Back?
Download the last one that worked for you from here
Save the file on USB drive and pop it in the machine.
Open the file from the USB drive and it will re-install the version you chose.

Yeah, that’s my post.
In the end I discovered that one of the cables from a splitter box in the base of the machine was not fully inserted. It appears that this is a non-essential connection, but the 1.14 firmware requires it.
Make sure all the cables are fully inserted (do a plug and unplug).
