and yes you are correct the forum is great and friendly. I take some pride in generating much of this friendliness and collegiate interaction from the beginning @Rainie will tell you that. I have seen other forums go off the rails with too many negative commentaries. This does not mean that criticisms cannot be lodged, as long as they have some form of positive suggestions for improvement as well.
