Here is a topic with the same issue. @xchrisd suggested to use a USB A male to USB C female adapter to connect the display to the other port. I ordered one of these adpaters, hopefully it will be delivered tomorrow and solves the issue till Snapmaker sends a replacement. [Screen turns on show S and turns off]
