Doug the newbie here. Can you provide more information: how is you Snapmaker connected to what PC and operating system. Is it Snapmaker 3D or JS that you incur the problem? how far into the job do you get before the connection timeout message.

I have sorted this issue, its the drivers that went missing after a windows update, damn Microsoft is unstable
What drivers where missing?
