Calibration failing after firmware update and reboot

My calibration is failing on my Snapmaker 2.0 A350 after the firmware update. i can’t seem to get it to calibrate to print anything.

It fails on 5 the back right where it tries to press through the board. I reseated all the cables after powering down and then powered back up but it’s still doing the same thing.

Anyone have any ideas?

Download the firmware from the website and then reload it to the machine via the USB stick and see what happens. In the computer world, firmware changes/updates have never been something to take lightly, so I am surprised that Snapmaker have approached it with such nonchalance. If the new firmware still doesn’t work, you can try reverting back to an old firmware in the same manner (website/USB).

I got it to calibrate just now, I had to adjust the proximity sensor and now it seems to detect as it should. Not sure what changed but working now. Lot’s of problems with this after only using it twice and putting it away. Hopefully all the bugs are worked out now. Thanks for the idea around USB firmware.
