After upgrading A350T. Use for a month. All Y-axis have different degrees of problems.. The machine crashes

.Update my stepper motor. Chassis. 3DP module. Upgrade from A350 to A350T. All installation steps. Firmware upgrade is completed according to the official instructions… It has been used for about 1 month today… I don’t feel the stepper motor. The effect of mute Two days ago, all the models of the 3DP module were faulted in one print… offset and misaligned. Then when recalibrating, the module sank. The induction probe was broken… I don’t understand what happened … Contacted customer service by email. Bought a new probe. The next day, the Y-axis suddenly got stuck. Stalled. …It’s all about the Y-axis. The sensor probe is broken and it should have something to do with it. Now it can’t be used at all. It can be pushed by hand. It feels a lot of ups and downs. Lead 20mm sorke 360. All become like this to varying degrees… Is this a product quality problem? Or is it a matter of luck? ? Hope to get help. My English is not good. If I don’t understand well. I can only say sorry. (Google Translate)

Poor quality control means lots of people have bad luck. Unfortunately that seems to include you. Contact support and have SM replace the defective parts.

Are you saying that it has worked after upgrading the linear modules?

If it has not worked since changing the linear modules, check that you have the modules in the correct places. 20mm lead ones for Y axis ( with the bed attached) and the X axis (with the 3D print head attached) and the 8mm modules for the Z axis (stood vertically).

If they are all good, check all the cable are in the proper sockets - its easy to get mixed up where the plugs go into the Y and Z combiners.

I can be sure that I installed it correctly…even the table where the machine is placed is leveled with professional tools…I removed all the axes today…4 of them I feel inside the linear track There must be a problem. Contact customer service first…:sweat:

There was a new firmware release just a few days ago, to upgrade to 1.14.2. One of the patch notes addresses a hardware initialization issue with the linear modules. This is probably the issue that you are running into, so I suggest that you try the new firmware:

It may not be available from the TouchPad over WiFi yet, so install it from a USB drive.
