  • Fix a bug where 10W High Power Laser Module will not activate laser in some cases.
  • Fix a bug where Linear Module initialized wrong lead value while recovering from factory reset.

  • Fix a bug where Laser would not turn off while exiting Set Origin screen with 10W High Power Laser Module.
  • Fix a bug where Camera Capture will failed while Snapmaker Luban start capturing photo from machine in some cases.

This firmware update is only compatible with Snapmaker 2.0.

To see your current firmware version, go to Settings > About Machine .

How to Update Firmware

  • Via a USB flash drive
    • Put the firmware update file Snapmaker2_V{version}.bin in your USB flash drive.
    • Plug the drive into the Controller.
    • On the Touchscreen, tap Files > USB > Snapmaker2_V{version}.bin .
  • Via Wi-Fi
    • On the Touchscreen, tap Settings > Firmware Update .
    • Read the changelog and download the firmware.
    • After the firmware is downloaded, tap Update Now .
