2.0 Nozzle Upgrade: Zodiac CRB MK8

Hey Everyone,

I’ve been looking at purchasing a high-end nozzle upgrade for the 2.0 The front runner for me is Zodiac’s CRB MK8 Hardened nozzle:

Features & benefits:

  • Extremely hard
  • High-temperature resistant (up to 450 °C)
  • Excellent wear resistance
  • Low friction coefficient

Here is a link to the company: https://zodiac3d.com/

They are definitely on the premiere end of 3D printing accessories, but I don’t mind the additional cost for quality accessories.

I’m curious if anyone has experience with this brand/other suggested nozzles. Looking forward to the discussions on this.

That’s a nice looking nozzle. I was looking at getting a Nozzle-X. Looks like they are both at the peak of performance for now.

There was also some discussion over here about a tungsten nozzle: What do you think about this nozzle?

Being mk8 that should be a simple little trial and id love to take a look at one myself

I was lookin at the nozzle-x too after the thread yesterday but it is a v6 nozzle so i dont know how it would be in terms of dimensional differences or how you would need to configure to accommodate them but it sure sounded like a real nice nozzle
