Z offset calibration stopping

Has anyone experienced this happening: the Z offset calibration in automatic mode doesn’t complete but just stops after the left nozzle until the power is cut. So it lowers the head, iterates the touch of the left nozzle to the bed, then raises the head about 2 cm and just stops before lowering and calibrating the right nozzle. This started some months ago, before it was working fine. Printing still works ok.

Manual mode works, but there is another issue: the toolhead crashes with the bed before you get to lower it manually.

Firmware is up to date. Any idea of how to solve?

Do you have a quickswap and or bracing kit?

Yes, both installed. But they have been there long before this started and all has been working fine.

Did you ever tried to connect your snapmaker to luban and send M502 and M500 command to reset your printhead? Then restart the machine and try to z calibrate again.

Thanks, will have to try that! I will report later!

Issue solved! Snapmaker had somehow lost the installation status of both the Bracing kit and the Quick swap. After setting them back all works again! Stupid me of not coming to think of that. User error. Thanks for the help!
