Z offset calibration on my a350t doesn't work

Hi everybody,

I have following problem:
I have a A350T dual extrusion printer head with a quick swap kit since last year.
The calibration last year was ok.

Now i download the newest firmware:
Levelling was ok.
z offset calibration: the header calibrate obviously the left nozzle.
then the header moves a little bit up and then - nothing.

I tried to level manually: the header crashes full speed into the bed.
nevertheless I move the header via touchscreen and calibrate both
nozzles with the card.

what is the problem with the auto calibration?

Check Machine Settings is correct for your add-on options.

I’ve checked all.
Problem continues to exist.

Sounds like a case for support - perhaps the force sensor is broken. You may perhaps first try the Z Sensor calibration - maybe that is helping.

Hi,

the first tip was right.
the machine settings were wrong.

Under “settings” the setting was “with screws” instead of “quick swap kit”.
I was not aware that I have to adjust the settings to this.
Last Fall when I installed the quick swap Kit I’d already set “quick swap kit” and
then following calibration was ok.

I thought the settings are stored permanently.

Nevertheless I’ve no idea why it was now “with screws”
