When U1 printing, the model does not stick to the build plate?

Is anyone else having issues with build plate. I’ve ruined 3 models when supports came lose.

I’m using glue and tried increasing bed temp. This happens mostly when printing highly detailed objects. Not sure what to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you print with a brim or a raft? If no, do it!
Especially for small footplates necessary.

add brim !

or put out your screenshot of the print project file or print parameters.

I had some trouble with brim, as Orca always left a gap between the brim and my model (which basically defeats the whole purpose of a brim). Lots of googling later I finally found the answer: “Elephant foot compensation” (in Quality/Precision) need to be set to 0mm. This is extremely unintuitive, but it definitely did the trick for me!

Yes. But it seems I’m also hitting prime tower near print end. Driving me crazy. Prints are covered in string.

Thank you so much I will try this. I’m also having issues with hitting the prime tower near the end of my prince. Not sure, what’s going on here?Everything’s been done to make sure the machine’s accurate.I set bed leveling with bed hot. Can’t understand why I’m having so many issues. It seems mostly do to prime tower being hit or just not sticking. Will use elephant foot compensation. Hopefully i can get this figured out. Love my U1 am not new to hobby. My P1s is still printing like a champ.

Thank you for all your help.

Use a greater brim, not only 2mm, instead use 10mm or more, depending on your model.

One more hint, did you use z-hop? Do it.

I did not. will try. fixed brim.

In winter, when the temperature is low and there’s no top cover, it’s recommended to slightly increase the heatbed temperature. Using a brim can also be a helpful measure.

Thank you. Tried this and it’s helping. Running vanilla orca in lan. Everything is working perfectly currently. Thank you for all your support. Now does anyone know why I can’t log into snapmaker orca. I can link my machine. I can print. But I can’t log in. Tried updating and uninstall. Log out tried reboot on U1. Removed completely from my laptop and reinstalled. Nothing works. Not stressing but not happy.

I checked with the tech team and reviewed your image: the login status is normal, only the avatar fails to load, which doesn’t affect other operations. They’ll improve this in the next update.
