U1 has been working great last couple months since I picked it up. Changed the #3 toolhead nozzle as it had a clog I couldn’t clear, but no issues aside from that.
I had a new print fail and spaghetti out a couple inches into the print. I thought I needed to redo the supports, but it was the same on a second try. It happened to be the #3 toolhead I was using on a single color print. To rule out anything weird with that, I tried another simple print I’ve done many times with another toolhead.
This was the result. I pulled it apart to see it closer, but it was in tact, huge gap on the side that was at the back, and perfect on the front side.
Have you tried any other prints? If so does it do the same thing? I wonder if there is something on one of the leadscrews or rails has an issue causing it to happen at the same Z height.
I see under extrusion, are you sure your filament got not tangled and feeds easily?
Did you print the whole model and supports if there are any, with the same toolhead or was it a multi tool head print?

Different toolheads with the same results made me look closer at the bed and screws.
It was the purge bucket.
One side wasn’t properly clipped in, so it was sticking out a bit. The build plate caught on it, and kept lifting slightly, until it got past it, then snapped back into place. The first picture is the key, I knew that drifting pattern would turn out to be important.
Timelapse videos can be very useful for diagnosing problems like this.
