U1 costing me time and money

Hello snapmaker, i’ve tried everything. I’ve currently tried every suggestion but prime tower is constantly failing 35 plus hrs of printing ruined. 5 projects have now failed. Not rich big expennse that is just making me angry. anyone want a U1. Can’t afford this many ruined prints. Angry customer

Sounds like you have been dealing with a lot. But new topic won’t help anyone to help you, if you don’t supply any details. If you say the prime tower is failing. Please post timelapse, photo of the first layer, post your 3MF so we can try to replicate the issue.
Just yelling at the wind, won’t turn anyone’s head.

I don’t understand why you did not report back in the other thread.

Did you ever cleaned your build plate with hot water and soap or isopropyl alcohol?

Show a picture of the first layer and the downside of your fallen tower.

Ever tried to print the first layer slower?

But hey, where do you ship from and what’s the price, maybe I’m in :wink:

I checked with the tech team and reviewed your image: the login status is normal, only the avatar fails to load, which doesn’t affect other operations. They’ll improve this in the next update.

I’ve already replied in this post with the solution from the technical team.

I truly apologize to the snapmaker team. I love my machine. Just frustrated. Having issues with the U1 but when I have a successful print they’re absolutely stellar. Will contact support and open another ticket. Grumpy old guy lol. Thanks nweolu.

I’ve tried everything. Am opening a ticket. Curious if it’s build plate. Bad day yesterday. Had two machines in my fabrication shop go down. 3d printing is my escape lol. 63 and grumpy lol. Thank you for helping.
