Weird firmware problems

I had this issue where the printer would freeze when starting a print, and I’m the process of trouble shooting, I clicked “clear screen data” and It bricked the firmware. After talking with Kira over at snapmaker, I used dev mode to go to the main screen. Now I have this issue. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to post here in addition to support.

Everything is normal as I can enable/disable steppers, heat hotend/bed, dim/toggle enclosure lights, extrude, etc. But when I go to home or move axes, nothing works.

It just gets stuck on the “moving” screen and I have to reboot the printer

If I attempt to start a print, it gets stuck on this screen, and doesn’t start heating or anything

When I click “stop” it freezes on this screen, requiring me to reboot

Update: after a bit of fiddling, I noticed the z screw does move extremely slowly during homing

Maybe your z Homing endstop is defective or misaligned?

Possibly, that’s what support suggested. But I don’t know why that would cause the Z leads to move tediously slow
