Walls beading a little bit

Hello! I’m still a beginner at 3d printing and just got the A350T. I hope this image shows up that I uploaded. Not sure what this is called when the walls look like that, but are there suggestions to make the printing cleaner? I’m not even sure what to research because I don’t know what to call the issue. Thank you!

If the walls are supposed to be melted together, it means that you need to calibrate the extruder E-steps. Here is a site that will help you, and it has some other calibrations as well. Not all of them apply to the Snapmaker:

Thanks, the walls are supposed to be separate. It’s a collapsible sword, if it works out.

Maybe this will be a jumping in point for you. If you’re using Luban there’s very little you can control over the print quality. Some amount of cleaning is to be expected. The retraction settings could help.

I use 1mm of retraction with a 0.5mm z-hop.

Thanks! I will try that and run some tests. I’m using cura, just trying to learn more advanced settings. Thanks for the link!
