Unable to do anything with Luban

Hi all, I just got the Snapmaker 2 A350 assempled. I downloaded and installed Luban 4.1.3. Then I tryed to do a test print, that spiral vase, what is included. When I’m trying to generate G-code, it is showing: “Previewing G-code” and it will stuck to 0,5%. I tried with different object and same problem, it stucks to 0,5%. Then I installed latest Cura and it worked like a charm, no problems at all. I even printed that without any issues. So it seems that the printer is working just fine.

Then I was testing the CNC part. Same problem, when I’m generating G code it will stuck, only this time to 2%.

I have installed the latest firmware to Snapmaker, that is the only change what I have done. I have downloaded the Luban couple of times and reinstalled it at least 3 times. I’m using Win 10 Pro, HP laptop with i7-1165G7, 32GB of ram and Nvidia T500.

Try an older version of Luban. The Snapmaker people are prone to introducing new and interesting bugs with every upgrade.

Hi ElloryJaye, thanks for reply. I tried with version 4.1.2, but it didn’t make any difference. Then I made Win10 virtual machine, I’m using VMware. I installed version 4.1.3 of Luban in there and it is working without any problems. And I’m running that VMWare in same computer, where I had that previous problem. Yes that is somekind of solution, but I really would like to use it without VMware.

Were you able to find any other solution? I’m finding the same issues as well…I wonder if it has something to do with my BIOS?
