Snapmaker Luban won't work in 3D printer mode. All else is fine

Just yesterday my software stopped loading properly for the 3D printer portion. Laser and CNC load properly and function properly. I uninstalled and re-installed the latest version. Some result. At the home page I select “3D printer”, it launches the function and then I get a blank screen in Luban. Menu is available at the top but no 3D viewer or grids. Any suggestions? Nothing has changed, ie…Windows updates, new memory, drives, etc…

I’m getting the same problem

Use Cura which is much more ‘tweekable’ and supports other nozzle sizes.
I only use Luban for the Laser function.

Okay, per Eamon at Snapmaker Support he provided a fix.

In Luban Hit ALT + SHIFT + R on your keyboard.

This rest all of my previous settings and restarted the wizard to set up my printer and language.

This fixed the problem and I’m back and running!
