@Zoe_M Understand that printers purchased after May 2026 use the updated factory V2 design which includes a new design inside the toolhead. Are the toolheads available in the shop of the new version ? Thanks/regards Manfred

I’d also be interested to know if there’s a way (SN?) to tell which version you have please? I’m now looking at buying spares so would like to know that I’m not getting old stock here in the UK

Are you sure this is something Snapmaker are rolling out? This looks like the third party filament guide somebody posted (just finding the link…)

@CrazyIvan Beat me too it, this is a 3rd party replacement part he’s selling - nothing to do with Snapmaker? Seen these advertised before on Reddit IIRC
