Tpu stuck in the extruder, Snapmaker artisan

Hello!
Tpu filament Is stuck in the extruder module of my Snapmaker artisan, I tried pushing the lever to release the gears and pull the filament using a plier, but have been unable to remove it. Pls suggest some solution for the same!
I’m attaching pictures to show that the filament is not in the nozzle anymore, but is stuck within the extruder gears.

Did you open the extruder door by hand?
I guess this procedure should be shown in the quickstart guide if you need further information.

I was able to open the extruder gears after reading through the manual, i was pressing the wrong lever :confused:
I managed to clean the stuck filament!
