Touchscreen stays OFF

just received my A350T and I powered ON the printer
I saw a S on the touchscreen then nothing it stays black no menus NOTHING

for a 2000€ printer is a very bad first experience…

something that can help me I don’t know ??? nothing in the user manual helped me

Check the cables, go over everthing twice, power off and then power on.

cables checked more than twice even with the instructions manual
nothing wrong but at last without doing something special it works
