Snapmaker F250 stopped responding to commands

Good afternoon everyone, I’ve run into a problem and I wonder if anyone else has experienced this. Yesterday everything was fine, but today when I turned the machine on I noticed that the 3D printing tab had disappeared and the linear modules no longer respond to movement commands. I tried reinstalling the regular firmware (originally I had the beta version with vibration compensation V2.3.2), but nothing changed. It also won’t connect to Luban via Wi-Fi — it just says ‘Disconnected,’ even though the printer’s screen shows that it is supposedly connected. A factory reset doesn’t fix anything either; it doesn’t even forget the Wi-Fi settings

UPD: By disconnecting and reconnecting the wires, I found that the problem occurs when the Z-axis is connected. Now the question is: could the connection port be damaged (and can the connection be reassigned to another port), or have the Z-axis linear modules themselves failed?

UPD2: I tried swapping the Y and Z wires, and everything powered on normally, but the linear modules do not move. I also tried loading filament, but the extruder does not respond to commands, although the heating works.

How does it look if you disconnect the toolhead?

Its possible but i think the issue comes from the toolhead (due to firmwareupdate) or its port (wrong way connection?).

Have a look here (be cautious):

https://snapmaker.github.io/Documentation/gcode/M1029

The default port configuration:

M1029 E1 X3 Y4 Z5 B6

Connect your machine over serial connection for editing the port configuration and save it with M500 and restart the machine afterwards.

If it happens again, could you provide the log info? I’ll send it to the software team to check whether the connection succeeded.
