We may need your log files from the touchscreen to troubleshoot. You can export the log files from the touchscreen and send them to me for further analysis. Here is an image for your reference.
When this issue happens again, you can connect the machine with your PC and use the command “M2000 S0” to check the machine’s status.

I have an enclosure. I noticed that the spool fed with problems. My solution was to mount it inside the enclosure. If you lower the mount a couple inches down from the normal mounting position it fits. It looks to me as if unless you’re printing some very tall piece this position works great. I hope this helps.
