SM2.0 A350 Firmware crash ever hour

Since some days the firmware of my A350 crashes. During print there is suddenly a crash - the machine starts again botting up. Then I can continue with power recovery and the print goes on.
I have the newet firmware for the A350 and the newest version of Luban.

The power supply seems not at overload - the housing and the wind from the fan are “cool” - not hand-warm.

Does anybody know that behavior ?

@ramaker

Did you mean that the power-loss was triggered when the machine was working?

When you turn on the power module, the fan and the LED do not come on?

Could you please use another AC cord to test if the AC cable is faulty?

Cheers

Edwin

The machine is printing -
then suddenly the display is off and the print head goes to the left side of the bed and stopped -
then display is coming up with the boot sequence - S - snapmaker and so on -
then sometimes there is the recovery option displayed and I can continue -
but a few times there is no recovery option displayed and I have to start again .
(after 1 hour or more of printing…)

Power supply is working - fan is working - there is no problem!
The power supply and the wind from the fan is not warm.

I have this problem since 4 days - I’ve nothing changed - no hardware no software.
Even the parts are the same.

I wrote an email to support with log files.

I forgot:
I’m using the newest firmware V1.11.4
Controller version: V3.2.3
Slicer is Simplify3D - transfer to A350 via Luban.
