Single Extruder - X+ Shift on SOME models but not others

I’m trying to print multiboard panels and I’ll get one or two good ones, and then suddenly my printer will start doing X+ shifts of various distances ruin whats left of the print. I’m using the same G-Code/Print settings as the one that worked, i’m able to without changing any settings print other smaller models like a calibration cube or even taller models without issue… so why is it JUST unable to suddenly print these panels? and Like i said, randomly i’ll get a GOOD one, but then it seems incapable of doing it a second time.

Reduce either print speed or accelerations to prevent missing steps and layer shifts.

There is advanced acceleration control in orca which seems too harsh for your machine.

yeah i get that, but the point of my question is why is it that with zero change in settings It will print Model A fine 3x in a row, and then suddenly ONLY print it with layer shifts… and then print 2 OTHER models perfectly fine, and then STILL print model A off the same ORIGINAL g-code with terrible layer shift?
