Hi ErwinDM
It’s hard to see if the model is coming off the bed or moving further up the model.
If the former then you probably need to lower the Z height, slightly or raise the bed temperature. You have not said what type of filament you are using.
If the latter:
Is the build plate moving on the heated bed?
Is the X-axis cable getting caught on one of the towers or anything else?
Have you printed this model before and is the GCODE OK? Have you checked it on an online viewer?

Model was not coming off the bed, perfect stickt on
use PLA
Bed Temp 70°C
Head 205°C
No cables are caught and move free
Build plate still on his place

Uploading: nespresso2_43787090.gcode…
GCode

Sorry cant download the gcode. Probably not allowed. Only other thing I can suggest is swapping cables and making sure they are all correctly seated. Make sure you switch off first after that my advice is contact support.
Sorry I cant come up with anything better.

Silly question, but is one of the Y-modules not installed right?
That looks like the gantry is not square to the bed.

The gcode didn’t finish uploading so not downloadable.
Try again.
Sliced in Luban?

Possibly your nozzle running into the print and either knocking the print off or knocking the printhead out of position.
Might want to try adding z-hop.

Can you share photos of your SM so we can check it out too.

@ErwinDM

It may be caused by the model itself.

Built supports in Luban and enable Z-hop.

You can post an image of the model you printed.

Speed 50%

same problem

swapping cables and all correctly seated
callibrate plate

You need to set the permissions on the Google file to allow others to access it.

Set permissions, sorry forgot

Downloaded the file and I am printing it. Will update the progress later.

Edwin

So far so good. The layers do not shift until now. Will update the progress later.

Edwin

Hope it works, thanks for helping
Contact support, check later today the motors

Same here, printed fine but will leave for Edwin to sort. My vies is print head going out of position. Do other prints look OK? this one has lots of fast moves at 70mm/s but thats well within machine capabilities. I would swap a cable then swap a rail but best of Edwin tell you what to do.

other prints has the same problem later today more updates

I have another post going with detailed explanations of troubleshooting with someone I’ve been helping the past couple days with this exact issue. Rails have been swapped multiple times. Machine was rebuilt 3 times. Still no change.

Theory: As not all of us are on the latest firmware and have not had to do the manual firmware updates for the heads individually, could it possibly be causing conflict with the latest Luban versions?

It is very strange that the print does not shift until now. Could you please tell me the ticket ID with which you contact the support agent?
