From the forum it looks like some people have had a few issues with slow support here and there but I just wanted to share my experience.
I bought an F350 and 10W laser module over the Easter weekend sale and received it within a week which was pretty impressive given the public holidays (laser not here yet).
Assembly went well but when I went to home the machine for the first time the X carriage hit the left side of the rail and tried to keep going… After quickly killing the power I manually moved the X axis towards the left side but could not hear the click of the limit switch activating.
I pulled the cap off the end of the rail and found the limit switch had a crack through the plastic causing it not to work. Possibly due to over tightening during assembly? I took a photo and put a support request in. Less than 24 hours later and I’ve got a new linear rail on the way.
Now it’s a bit disappointing that a ‘premium’ 3d printer would have this issue in the first place but I’m glad they’ve immediately offered to send not just a replacement limit switch, but an entire linear rail.
