I don’t know if Im totally blind, but when using the CNC function and importing a vector, in this case an svg with a rectangle and four holes inside the rectangle - I want to choose to cut outside the rectangle and fill on the four holes. But I can’t select the holes - It only selects the entire rectangle and if I try to create a toolpath - it just creates a toolpath that goes around the rectangle. Surely there must be a way to create a toolpath for the four holes to pocket?

Luban is not that powerful, i would suggest to use fusion360, have a look at this tutorial:

There is a work around without using Con-Fusion, I use Fusion all the time but sometimes you just want a quick and dirty method.
You import the SVG as you said but LUBAN, quite rightly, sees the thing as one file.
You can create and add the holes or pockets you need in LUBAN over the SVG holes, you now have four holes to do with as you will.
Yes, Fusion is a better option and more accurate, but sometimes time is of the essence.
