When I select “On the path” I get a perfectly valid carving tool path, but when I select “Outline” there are big gaps in the tool path. Any idea what may be wrong?

Luban is not very powerful for CNC carving.

That’s the original drawing, I get a full tool path when I select “on the path”.

Is the source material SVG or a bitmap (JPG or PNG)? Best results are with SVG. If it isnt SVG, then download Inkscape (free) and convert it to an SVG.

I tried converting to SVG before, but Inkscape seems to have done the trick. Thanks!
