Screen broken after updating firmware

Yesterday, I received my Snapmaker 2.0 A350, and after I updated firmware in the Setup, my screen has many color blocks and it’s broken

Can anyone please help me with it?

You can try reverting to older firmware (you’ll need a USB key, if I recall correctly), but are you certain that’s a software bug and not a hardware defect?

@Edward Try performing a Factory Reset of the TouchPad, as see if that fixes your issue(s). You’ll need to put the TouchPad into Developer Mode, where you can then do the Factory Reset.

To put the TouchPad in Developer Mode, go to the About page and tap on the picture 5 times. You will see a popup telling you that you are in Developer Mode. Then go through the menus to find the Factory Reset option. The menus are constantly changing, so you’ll need to look for it.

If this doesn’t work, you’ll need to contact Support.
