Is there a way to reset the touchscreen to factory default? After I upgraded the firmware and the crash of 2020 happened. The touchscreen no longer is recognized by the machine. It asks if I want to reconnect and I say yes. Then. it fails and asks again. If I say no, it just goes to a blankish screen (that has their pattern design on it). The machine has the breathing light when it goes on and from Luban, I can connect via WIFI and USB. Can’t print, though (it says sending the job then it crashes). Hoping for any help or advice!
