@missjennyo it definitely chewed it up wow. Makes me wonder what’s preventing it. At this point I’d contact support and try and get a replacement under warranty
Try a replacement hot end. If you had a small enough wire you could try and push it through the nozzle. Honestly I think your filament is bad.
I just received brand new filament yesterday and it’s not working either. I will contact Snapmaker support. Thank you all for your replies.
