Question on CNC behaviour

Hi there. I am looking to use the CNC machine to repeat a pin hole in a few places on a part I’m working on. I am a little concerned -what’s the best way to do this? Can I set them all up in Luban with circles with a depth, and the drill will be lifted out of the hole and moved? Can I make it so it finished one “hole” all the way, then lifts up and moves? Looking for advice - I realize I could program something in and watch but thought I would ask first since my piece is already mounted and calibrated from cnc-ing a flat plane. Thnx.

Having thought about this before I just went and had a look at Luban and can see no way of doing it.
I am almost completely new to Fusion 360, so had a look there and within 15 mins I had a tool path for 4 holes set out using points along a line. Even the simulation seems to work!

I… I am not finding any CNC setups for fusion 360? to youtube I suppose . . .
