Problems with Camera Calibration and Laser Activity

I wanted to calibrate the laser module, but when calibrating the camera, the laser head stays too high and therefore does not cut the desired rectangle for the calibration. Even if I manually position the laser, the Z-axis moves up and the motif is positioned in a completely different place. The laser then starts at a distance of around 200mm from the object. Am I doing something wrong? I didn’t have these problems with Snapmaker 2.0. Can you help me there?
I haven’t set up any of the other modules yet.

Did you assemble the toolhead with the correct mounting holes?

Is your toolchange-mechanism on if you have a quickswap kit and vice versa?

The Artisan has the quick-change system installed. There are no mounting holes.

All other systems work perfectly. Only the laser causes problems
