Problem with laser hight

Hi,
I have problem with my laser modules. I worked fine but after update it stopped working.
Now when I try to do manual caibration and by the cammera I set hight - Z axis correctly but when I move forward to work origin the head is goin up and Z Axis i set to 71.mm even when it was set before for 2.8mm. Do somebody now how to fix this issue?

even if I try to calibrate by camera it is the same problem. And because of that head is to high nothing is printed.

Can I run somehow diagnostics in my laser head module?

Turn the machine off, then back on, what’s the focus height listed on the home screen?

The toolhead is connected correctly, else he couldn’t even do the camera calibration and would have much bigger issues. To verify, here’s a picture of my 1.6W, clip goes to the right.

The 10W has the clip to the left.

Ahh, you are correct, I thought all heads are connected like 10W, dual extruder (even single extruder?)…
Sorry for my false pointing. - Deleted my post.

All the original heads had connector to the right. I remember there were a few magic smoke events here on the forum when the 10W came out because they swapped the connector and people didn’t pay attention because the clip has enough give to allow it to force in.
