Prints randomly halting and failure to resume after hitting the pause function for dual head print

Hello everyone and thank you for helping me out,

Note:

  1. Slicer used: Orcal slicer V2.1.1

  2. 3D printing head: Dual head extrusion module

  3. Machine: A350T 2.0

I have been performing a multi-material print with the above machine and slicer specs, but have been facing the following difficulties while changing the spool during the print jobs.
a. I change filament twice for the left extruder, and for my right extruder, I do it once.

b. The filament change I performed by hitting the pause button after the extruder reached the purge tower for both extruders.

c. For the above method the issue that I face is once I hit pause do the filament change and then restart the print, the job remains in the same position with no movement of the extruder as if the machine goes into hang mode.
To resolve it I restarted the machine and after switching it ON, the display asks there was a power loss and do you want to resume the print? Once I hit the resume the printing job resumes from where it was last stuck which was on the purge tower.

D. The second issue I face is that random halts or extruder remains in same position as if its stuck at any random point in my print. I reprinted my STL in other printers there was no such issue but then why in Snapmaker ?

e. Again to resume the print I kill the power and restart the controller to put it in the power recovery mode and then the printing resumes.

Can anyone please suggest what exactly is the root cause of the issue?
is it Orca gcode not compatible with snapmaker or something else ?

The reason I shifted to Orca from Luban is to get more control over the Ironing quality and direction of printing for the bottom layers, top layers, infill and ironing layers.
Since Orca gives me an option to tweak the direction or angle of printing.
Looking forward for help to resolve this issue.

Thank you all!

Maybe share your gcode so we can get a look at it.

For me Pause and resume works well.

There are many orca slicer users, it seems very hyped.
